E. Request Process for CCPA Rights
You can contact us at huddle.and.go@siarconyx.com with “California Privacy Rights Request” in the subject line.
- An authorized agent can submit CCPA rights requests on your behalf, but we’ll verify the requestor and agent’s permission. If the agent has power of attorney, they must provide proof.
We’ll acknowledge and fulfill requests within 10 and 45 days, respectively. If more time is needed, we’ll inform you and explain the delay.
Responses will be sent in the same manner as your request.
Other California Law
We do not share personal information with thrid-parties and allow opt-outs, we believe we’re not required to comply with California Civil Code Section 1798.83.
Requesting Information
Submitting Requests

- Provide enough info to identify you (e.g., email, address, company name etc..).
- Avoid disclosing sensitive info like credit card numbers etc..
Verifying Requests
We’ll verify your request by confirming the source and matching info. If your request’s unclear or we can’t verify your identity, we’ll guide you or deny the request.
Responses to Requests
We’ll respond promptly, considering the request’s nature and deadlines. We may not provide personal info if it risks security, accounts, or systems.
We may retain deleted information or deidentified/aggregated data, as allowed by law.
9. Security
SIARCONYX LLC has implemented security measures to protect your information, but internet data transmission isn’t 100% secure. By providing information, you accept the inherent risks of online data transmission.
The Services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from minors under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If we find such information, we’ll delete it.
10. Use by Minors
If you’re under 16, leave the Services. If you’re a parent or guardian and think your child provided information, contact us to delete it.

MailerLite is a third-party service we utilize to manage our email marketing subscriber list and send emails to our subscribers. 13. Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics enables us to comprehend visitor interactions with our website and enhance our services. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects anonymous data regarding page views and time spent on pages, but it does not collect any personally identifiable information.
